InGaAs APD Qua-drant Photodetector
The InGaAs APD Quadrant Photodetector is a high-performance near-infrared device with a spectral response range of 0.9–1.7 μm. It offers high detection sensitivity, excellent spatial resolution, and fast response speed, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including alignment detection, precision displacement measurement, vibration sensing, angular measurement, and guidance systems. The detector is packaged in a TO39 housing.
